Hey Reader, I don't know about you but I've spent thousands on the "if you just follow my system, I guarantee success." And yet, I've struggled to find success. Not because their systems don't work but because I get a part of the way through (or sometimes I even finish it) only to realize that said system isn't for me. It doesn't feel aligned, it doesn't help me, it doesn't fix the problem I needed it to fix and I waste hundreds of hours creating new things and new content in order to make their system work in my business when they didn't design their system for my business. Sound familiar? Scaling systems seem easy when someone who's scaled a multi-million dollar business is showing you that it's possible in their business. Of course its possible, and probable! But these systems forget one key ingredient. That we're not all the same. In my career there is one thing I've found that with out fail that brings people success in business, no matter how you do it or what strategy you deploy or how you scale. How many networking calls and meetings have you taken since you've started your business? How many of those were perfect fits for your business? Where are they now? If you've operated your business anything like mine, you've done thousands of calls in the past several years, had amazing opportunities to talk to the perfect clients and maybe you've offered to send them information on your services. And then, Instead of following up with an ask for the sale, you added them to your mailing list and hoped that you'd nurture them into a yes, now they're on your list, or in your pipeline / funnel system and you're waiting for them to say yes to a question you haven't even asked. What if it really could be simpler? I'm not saying EASIER - I'm saying simpler... There's a difference. Today, I invite you to take a look at your pipeline - are you leaking energy on maybes and somedays? Are you avoiding the hard questions for the sake of scaling? How much time are you spending following up with clients to "check in" but with out a resolution on the yes or the no?
